Refund Policy

Our commitment to a fair and transparent refund process

 Quick summary: Full refund within 3 days of payment if you haven't accessed more than 2 lessons. After 3 days or 2 lessons, no refund — but you may transfer to another batch.

1. Online Courses

Within 3 days of payment, 0 or 1 lessons accessed: 100% refund, no questions asked.
Within 3 days of payment, 2+ lessons accessed: No refund. Course transfer available.
After 3 days: No refund. You may transfer to a different batch of the same course within 6 months.

2. Hybrid / Classroom Courses

Before batch start date: 100% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before.
On or after batch start date: No refund. Transfer to next batch available.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email atecgsp@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course Name]" within the eligible window. Include your enrolment details.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Registration or processing fees (if applicable)
Physical materials or kits already dispatched
Courses accessed beyond the refund window
