Terms of Service

By accessing atecedu.com or enrolling in any ATEC course, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Enrolment & Access

• Course access begins upon receipt of full payment (online courses) or on the batch start date (hybrid/classroom).
• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.
• ATEC reserves the right to suspend access for violation of these terms.

2. Course Content

• All course materials are the intellectual property of ATEC Educational Society.
• Recording, redistribution, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Curriculum may be updated to reflect industry changes — this is a benefit, not a breach.

3. Payments

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed before course access is granted.
• Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Certificates

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.
• ATEC certificates are institution-issued and not government-mandated qualifications unless specified.
• Fraudulent use of certificates will result in immediate cancellation.

5. Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Abusive behaviour may result in enrolment cancellation without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

ATEC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurdaspur, Punjab.
